Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the legal relations between:

(hereinafter the “Provider”)
and clients – natural persons (hereinafter the “Client” or the “Consumer”) who use the Provider’s services. The Provider’s services are listed on the website www.japanheadspa.sk.
1.2. These Terms are issued in accordance with:
Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended,
Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on Electronic Commerce, as amended,
Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts,
Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended, and the GDPR Regulation (2016/679/EU).
2. Subject of the Services Provided
2.1. The Provider offers relaxation procedures and so-called “head spa” treatments.
2.2. The Provider emphasizes that the services offered are of a wellness and relaxation nature and do not constitute medical treatment within the meaning of Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Professionals, Professional Organizations in Healthcare, and on Amendments to Certain Acts.
3. Reservations and Deposit Payments
3.1. Services may be booked exclusively through the online reservation system, no later than 24 hours prior to the requested appointment.
3.2. A reservation is considered binding only after the reservation fee or the full price of the service has been paid, as indicated in the reservation system.
3.3. The Client is entitled to change the reservation date no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, using the link sent electronically to the email address provided by the Client.
3.4. Failure of the Client to attend the reserved appointment without properly cancelling it within the specified period results in the forfeiture of the paid reservation fee in favour of the Provider, with no entitlement to a refund or rescheduling.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. The reservation fee may be paid exclusively by cashless payment via the payment gateway of the integrated booking system or by other methods according to the Provider’s current offer.
4.2. The remaining part of the service price (if the full amount has not been paid in advance) is payable on-site before the beginning of the procedure, in cash or by payment card, depending on the options available at the Provider’s premises.
4.3. If the customer needs the invoice to be issued to a company, they must inform Sakura Head Spa s.r.o. of this via email no later than one day before their reservation.
5. Use of Discount Coupons
5.1. The Provider may, at its sole discretion, offer discount coupons, vouchers, or promotional codes (hereinafter the “Discount Coupon”).
5.2. A Discount Coupon may be applied exclusively during the online reservation process and only within its validity period by entering the code in the designated field.
5.3. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified by the Provider.
5.4. The discount does not apply to already confirmed reservations and cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. The Client is entitled to change or cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes are made via the link sent by email.
6.2. In the event of cancellation after this period, or if the Client fails to attend the appointment, the reservation fee shall be forfeited in full to the Provider without any right to a refund.
6.3. If the Client chooses to change the appointment time within the 24-hour period prior to the start of the service, they may reschedule the appointment themselves using the link provided in the email.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Client
7.1. The Client undertakes to arrive for the reserved service properly and on time.
7.2. The Client is obliged to ensure that their state of health is not incompatible with the service provided, and in case of any doubt, must consult a physician before using the Provider’s services.
7.3. The Client is required to follow all instructions and rules established by the Provider’s staff during the service.
7.4. If the Client is more than 5 minutes late for a Standard Head Spa or Gentleman Head Spa session, the full duration of the treatment cannot be guaranteed if another client is scheduled immediately afterwards. The therapist may offer only the next available appointment shown in the reservation system, which the Client may either accept or decline. The fee paid for the service is non-refundable.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
8.1. The Provider is entitled to refuse to provide the service to the Client if there is reasonable suspicion that the Client’s health condition could endanger their own health or the health of third parties.
8.2. The Provider is obliged to ensure the proper course of the service, as well as hygiene and safety, in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
9. Withdrawal from the Contract
9.1. The Client is entitled to file a complaint if they believe that the service provided was performed in conflict with the contract or the agreed terms. Each complaint is assessed individually.
9.2. The Client is entitled to submit a complaint without undue delay after the completion of the service if they believe the service was not provided in accordance with the contract or these Terms.
9.2. A complaint shall be submitted in writing, either in person or by email, to the Provider’s address listed on the website.
9.3. The length and course of the warranty period are governed by the legal regulations valid and effective in the Slovak Republic. The warranty period begins on the day the service is provided.
10. Complaints Regarding Services
10.1. The Client is entitled to file a complaint if they believe that the service provided was performed in conflict with the contract or the agreed terms. Each complaint is assessed individually.
10.2. The Client is entitled to submit a complaint without undue delay after the completion of the service if they believe the service was not provided in accordance with the contract or these Terms.
10.3. A complaint shall be submitted in writing, either in person or by email, to the Provider’s address listed on the website.
10.4. The duration and commencement of the warranty period are governed by the legal regulations valid and effective in the Slovak Republic. The warranty period begins on the day the service is provided.
11. Personal Data Protection
11.1. The Provider processes the personal data of Clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
11.2. Details regarding the processing of personal data, including the rights of data subjects, are provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Provider’s website.
11.3. Data subjects may exercise their rights in writing or by email at: info@japanheadspa.sk.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms at any time. Amendments shall take effect on the 15th day following their publication on the website, unless stated otherwise.
12.2. Legal relations not governed by these Terms shall be subject to the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
These Terms shall enter into force on 1 October 2025.
